All of our embroidery kits are carefully handmade and assembled in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in materials, colours, and finishes may occur.

Product images are for illustration purposes, and while we do our best to display colours accurately, they may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Our kits are designed for specific skill levels where stated, and results may vary depending on individual experience.

Digital Downloads

We offer digital PDF embroidery patterns for instant download to customers in the UK.

• Digital products are available immediately after purchase

• Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable

• All digital products are for personal use only

You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell any digital files or designs.

 Personalised & Custom Orders

We love creating custom pieces just for you!

Please note:

• Personalised or custom items are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrect

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct when ordering

• Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders between 4 - 7 days.

For custom orders please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery.

Please allow enough time for delivery if your need is time sensitive.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties on international orders

If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if not:

• You may return physical items within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns so the return costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept returns on:

• Digital downloads

• Personalised or custom items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Product Safety

Our embroidery kits may contain sharp needles and small components.

They are not suitable for young children, and adult supervision is recommended.

Limitation of Liability

Heidi Hummingbird is not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from misuse of our products

• Variations in finished projects

• Any indirect or consequential loss

Use of our products is at your own risk.
